No Reservations longer than 2 weeks
Holiday Weekends Require 3-Night Minimum (President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years)
Reservations cancelled more than 2 weeks from arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled between 3 days and two weeks from arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s charge.
Reservations cancelled 2 days or less from arrival will not receive a refund of any kind.
Each site has a maximum occupancy. If maximum occupancy is exceed you will be asked to leave. (Large single families may be exempt)
